Give an Allied Summon within Range 3 a permanent A.I. Upgrade Buff (+40 EP, +2 Max MP, and the 0-Turn Cooldown Op: Assimilate).

Summon Ops:

Assimilate - Randomly copy 1 Op from an Enemy Hero within Range 3, and add it to the Assimilator's Ops Library. It may use this Op on the Assimilator's next Turn. Up to 3 Ops can be collected this way. If this unit attempts to Assimilate beyond 3 Ops, the first Assimilated Op will be replaced with the newest one. This Op may be used in the same Turn as Ops that were Assimilated from previous Turns.
