Referral Challenge

Referrals must complete onboarding and finish at least one game in each mode to count as verified.

⚠️ Limit: Each person may only win one prize. If the same entrant appears in more than one prize position, only their highest placement will be awarded, and the lower position(s) will pass to the next eligible entrant.

Winners must have a valid PayPal account to receive prizes. PayPal details will only be requested directly from winners after confirmation. Prizes are non-transferable. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes.

Winners will be contacted by email at the address used for entry within 10 days after the contest ends. Winners must respond within 5 days of notification or the prize will be forfeited..

Contest Period

The ARBO: Arena Tactics Leaderboard Challenge runs from October 15 at 7:00 PM UTC to October 30 at 11:59 PM UTC. 

All matches, scores, and referral activities must be completed within this period to qualify for prizes. Organizer’s server clock and inbox timestamps are the official timekeepers.

Winners will be verified and announced on October 31 via Steam and Discord.

2. Play Ranked Matches
   
   • Only ranked matches count toward the leaderboard.
   • Ranked games require matching with another player in queue.
   • To join, select your game mode (“Quick Play” or “Prompt Battler”) and choose Ranked.
3. Join the ARBO Discord
   
   • Find other players to queue with and coordinate ranked matches in #matchmaking channel.

4. ‍Climb the Leaderboards
   
   • The leaderboards update automatically — play, win, and climb to secure your spot before Oct 30!
5. Winners Announced
   
   • Final standings will be verified and announced on October 31st via Discord and Steam.
   • Winners will be contacted through their in-game registration email, so please make sure it’s entered correctly.

Eligibility

• Free to enter. No purchase necessary.
• Open to legal residents of the United States (excluding Florida, New York, and Rhode Island), Canada (excluding Quebec), the United Kingdom, European Union (excluding Italy and France), Australia, New Zealand, the Philippines, Singapore, Hong Kong, and India. Void where prohibited by law.
• You have to be at least 13 years old (or such other age, if greater, as may be required in your country of residence) to be eligible to participate. In addition, if you are between the ages of 13-17, you must have permission from your parent or legal guardian to do so.
• Employees/contractors of ReBlink and their immediate households are ineligible.

Verification & Anti-Cheating

Only verified runs qualify for leaderboard placement and prizes. The Organizer may require game logs, raw footage, and/or additional proof and may disqualify entries for tampering, tool-assisted runs, exploits, or any suspicious activity. Organizer may disqualify any entrant suspected of collusion or submitting fraudulent entries. Organizer’s decisions regarding eligibility, verification, and prize awards are final and binding.

Data & Privacy

• Entries require providing email and submission materials via our site/email. We will process this data to administer the contest per our Privacy Policy. Do not post or exchange PII on Reddit or other ad platforms; entries must be completed off-platform via our website/email. 
• PayPal details will only be requested directly from winners via email after confirmation, not collected during sign-up. That protects you against a PII compliance concern.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Organizer, affiliates, and partners are not responsible for technical failures, lost/delayed entries, or any damages arising from participation. Organizer reserves the right to verify submissions, enforce rules, cancel/modify the contest, and award prizes at its sole discretion.

Governing Law

Subject to mandatory consumer laws, this contest is governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada and disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada
